To all our dear customers:

Adriana’s will be closed to the public on Friday, June 27 2025 for the staff to celebrate Canada Day.

Pollo Asado

Succulent baked chicken thighs with crispy skin, seasoned inside and out with our aromatic chile blend and roasted to golden perfection in the oven.

Pre-heat oven to 350°

30g (3 TB) Adriana’s Adobo Chile Mix
454g (1 Lb) chicken thighs with bone and skin on
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:

  • In a small bowl mix Adriana’s Adobo Chile Mix with sea salt.
  • Using a 9x13” baking pan, lined the chicken pieces. Gently lifting skin, stuff the Adriana’s Adobo Chile Mix underneath the skin of each piece of chicken.
  • Use the rest of the mix to cover the opposite side of the chicken pieces and on top of the skin. Drizzle the chicken thighs with vegetable oil before baking.
  • Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked.
  • Serve with salad and any steamed vegetable or rice.

Note: Take advantage of having your oven on and cook some potatoes. Cut them in slices and pour vegetable or olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 40 minutes and have a side for the Pollo Asado.
