Adriana’s will be closed to the public on Friday, June 27 2025 for the staff to celebrate Canada Day.

Pork and Beef Tacos

A flavourful fusion of seasoned ground beef and pork, perfectly spiced with Adriana's Adobo Chile Mix and served in warm tortillas with your choice of fresh toppings.
  • 30 grams (3 TB) Adrianas Adobo Chile Mix
  • 454 grams (1 Lb) of mixed ground beef & pork
  • 3 TB vegetable oil
  • Sea salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Brown meat together with Adriana’s Adobo Mix. Bring to boil
  2. Reduce heat to medium low and cook meat completely for about 15 minutes. Stir ocasionally until all liquid is absorbed.
  3. Taste and season with sea salt if necessary.
  4. Heat up corn or wheat tortillas on a hot grill. Add the meat on the centre of each of the tortillas and garnish with your favourite toppings. Such as lettuce, cheese, salsa and sour cream.
